Tensile Testing Machine finds its application in determination of the tensile strength and elongation of variety of raw materials such as rubber, leather, fabric, plastics, Belts, wires etc.

The machine works on constant rate of traverse principle in which one end of the test specimen is held in a stationary grip while the other end is made to move at a known fixed speed. The load exerted on the stationary grip is sensed by a load cell and indicated by a digital load indicator. The load directly indicated in kilograms or Newton. The elongation of the test specimen is measured on a digital indicator.

DNG Series of Isoperibol Bomb Calorimeters features an integrated platform based Bomb Calorimeter that combines all the features required for Calorific Value measurements of Solid and Liquid samples along with an Integrated Closed Loop water Chilling and circulating system.

The special feature of the instrument is that it does not require any special chemicals or water additives for the operation of the instrument. It is robust and highly durable and has proved its application in a wide range of applications and environments.

The instrument is designed with the latest Combustion Bomb, Auto Oxygen Charging and Venting System and Auto Lift System. The operator’s job is limited to putting the Oxygen Bomb with sample on the Bomb Hook. The instrument is designed to take over the operation thereafter.

All processes in the experiment are fully automatic. There is no requirement to either fill Oxygen externally or Relief Air or Measure Water or Adjust the Water Temperature etc. thereby reducing the workload of the operator and the errors associated with it.

Choice of Dual Operating Modes give Additional choice to customer to configure the experiment as per their own requirement. The precision mode takes a slightly longer time compared to the Predictive Mode.

A highly accurate measuring and dosing system is used to measure and fill water in the Calorimeter Vessel. This latest design ensures high repeatability and accuracy.

The customer has a choice of either a Solid State Peltier based Chilling system or a more heavy duty Compressor based chiller as per their requirements. The system automatically determines the cooling requirement and adjusts the circulating system accordingly. The same water is reused in a closed loop water circulation system.

A circulating water system driven by a built-in high capacity pump helps to maintain a continuous forced flow around the sides and bottom of the bucket chamber and through the cover as well. With the semi-conductor water refrigeration system, the instrument can automatically determine the refrigerating capacity and balance the circulation system according to the caloric value of previous time. Thus the water temperature can be kept constant, and the influence of environment can be greatly reduced.

The instrument has the capacity of repeat ability of determination up to ± 10 Cal/gm between duplicate determinations of calorific value of standard coal samples.

The DNG-ZR is an Automatic Microprocessor controlled Isoperibol Bomb calorimeter used for rapid determination of Gross Calorific Value of solid or liquid fuels. It consists of a temperature-controlled water jacket with a built-in water circulating system with chiller. The design is compact with minimum space requirement. The model has automatic bucket filling system. Special auto stop and auto raining joints are equipped to change the water in the system. The model has been developed as per IS-1350

Part-II, ASTM-D5865 & other relevant DIN, ASTM, BIS and ISO standards. The model is equipped with USB communication ports for reporting to a printer supplied with the equipment. A Windows based software is used for user friendly operation. The equipment can store data for 1000 test results. The model is equipped with Self Calibration Software.
